Eleanor O'Leary Obituary
Eleanor was born in Milwaukee to Martha (Birnbaum) and Oswald Ruoff on August 19, 1929. At the age of 5 she moved to Germany with her mother. She moved back to the United States at the age of 17 and lived with her father.
Shortly after arriving in Milwaukee, she met her future husband at a dance at the Eagles Ballroom. They married on January 26, 1952, and were together for the next 59 years until Donald Charles O'Learys death on April 21, 2011. They were longtime residents of New Berlin, Wisconsin and faithful members of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
Eleanor had two sons, seven grandchildren and five grandchildren. She was very proud of this fact. She was a devoted, loving wife, mom, grandma and Oma.
Eleanor is survived by her sons, Jeffrey (Jane) O'Leary and Shawn (Angie) O'Leary. Grandchildren, Kevin (Ally) O'Leary, Eric O'Leary, Mark (Tyler Jo) O'Leary, Kayla O'Leary, Daniel (Chelsea) O'Leary, Caitlyn (Riley) Rogotzkes and Michael O'Leary. Great Grandchildren, Camryn, Kenzie, Evan, Kinley, and Mason O'Leary.
A private funeral is being held on Friday, December 12 for immediate family.
