Eleanor Pulliam

Eleanor Carol Pulliam- age 84 of Lebanon passed away on Monday, February 9, 2026 at Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital.

She was preceded in death by parents, Paul and Thelma Preston; husband, Hermon "Sonny" Pulliam; daughter, Gina Hibdon and brother-in-law, Bob Lancaster.

Survived by daughter, Kim Pulliam Binkley; son-in-law, William "Pee Wee" Binkley; sister, Paula Lancaster; grandchildren, Jamie (Matt) Redfern, Jennifer Sircy, Kaitlin Binkley, Olivia Binkley, and Charlie Caldwell; great grandchildren, Kailee (Trevor) Lee, Landon (Allison) Sircy, Gavin Redfern, Hayden Bagley, Logan Bagley, Brayden Tankersley, Madison Tankersley, Nellie Redfern, Harper Whitefield, Owen Redfern, Silas Forshee, Ryker Forshee, and Tydus Binkley; great great grandchildren, Elijah Sircy, Hadley Lee, Christina Sircy, and Remington Lee; and honorary sister, Barbara Worley.

Mrs. Pulliam was a woman whose life was marked by love, generosity, and joy. She treasured her family above all else and found her greatest happiness in time spent with those she loved.

A faithful member of Westland United Methodist Church, Mrs. Pulliam lived out her faith in quiet but meaningful ways. She was known as a joyful giver, always looking for opportunities to bless others and lend a helping hand. Her kindness left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

She was a 1960 graduate of Gordonsville High School. She loved to travel and enjoyed seeing new places, and also being in her own backyard planting her flowers.

A true "social butterfly," Mrs. Pulliam never met a stranger. She loved conversation, fellowship, and being surrounded by people. Whether visiting with friends, sharing stories, or enjoying a scoop of her favorite ice cream, she embraced life with enthusiasm and warmth.

Her legacy is one of generosity, hospitality, and unwavering love for her family. She will be remembered for her joyful heart, her giving spirit, and the light she brought into every room.

Visitation will be held at Partlow Funeral Chapel on Monday, February 16, 2026 from 11 a.m.- 1 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. Interment will be at the Gordonsville Cemetery. Bro. Jim Norton will officiate.

Pallbearers will be William Binkley, Doug Whitefield, Matt Redfern, Olivia Binkley, Landon Sircy, and Charlie Caldwell. Honorary pallbearers are Gavin Redfern, Hayden Bagley, Logan Bagley, Brayden Tankersley, Owen Redfern, Silas Forshee, Ryker Forshee, and Tydus Binkley,
