Eleanor Sobkowiak Obituary
Eleanor Sobkowiak, beloved wife of the late Florian "Moe" Sobkowiak, passed away peacefully, leaving a legacy of memories. She was a devoted mother to Gregory Sobkowiak (the late Lynne), Kim Graber (the late Kenneth), and was predeceased by her son Mark Sobkowiak.
Eleanor took great pride in her role as a grandmother to Jennifer Graber, Justin Martin-Graber (Jessica), Courtney Sobkowiak, and Jacqulyn Graber. Additionally, she was a treasured great-grandmother to Lane and Kenneth Graber.
She is also remembered as a dear sister to her late siblings, John Kaminski (the late Adele) and Dorothy Sobkowiak (the late Bill), and will be missed by her many nieces and nephews who hold fond memories of her.
The family invites friends and loved ones to gather on Wednesday, February 26, from 4 to 6 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 5090 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, honoring Eleanor's memory and supporting a cause close to their hearts.
