To: Scharene ( Billy )& Family,
I've only met your mother I believe round about 3 or 4 times but from those encounters I could feel the love that she exhibited. She was a loving and caring person. Each time I came to Richmond I would be hoping to see her & I did. The last time we were together we were sitting outside in the backyard over Scharene's ( Billy )house eating, talking & laughing.
I know that she will be greatly missed by my brother also from the speech that he delivered one Thanksgiving holiday to her family.
Just know that the "light" she showed here on earth is forever lit without any reservations in Heaven.
Love you always your sister-law & sister
