Elgin Lawhorn Obituary
Elgin was born March 7, 1954, in Olive Hill, Kentucky, the son of the late Lindsay Elgin Lawhorn, and Emma (Lawhun) Lawhorn. He was united in marriage to Patricia Lynn (Thompson) Lawhorn, who preceded him in death on January 27, 2025.
He is survived by his daughter, Christina (Josh) Masko; seven grandchildren, Kearra, Joshua (Maddie), Shyanna (Bryan Biggs), Hayden, Lanie (William Hall), Jacob, and Ethan; a bonus granddaughter, Laikyn Kent; one great grandson, Cooper Wayne Biggs, and four siblings, Wilma Humphries, Arcus Lawhorn, Faye Stevens, and Christine Smith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and two brothers, Ivan Lawhorn, and Ralph Lawhorn.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 27, 2026, at Mound Cemetery, Piketon, Ohio. Burial will immediately follow services.
