Elia Cabriales De Leon

Elia Cabriales De Leon, age 55 of Seguin, Texas, passed away on January 20, 2026. Elia was born on August 13, 1970, in Llera De Canales, Tamaulipas Mexico to Saul Cabriales Gomez and Simona Cordova Castillo.

Elia will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the kindest and most forgiving soul, and her presence was a gift to everyone who knew her. Fiery and passionate, she made an impact of kindness on the lives of many. She helped thaw winter's rime in people's hearts. She was a garden that bloomed in beauty. She carried her heart with so, so, so much love within it, one that she shared with so many people. Through our woven memories together, she will be remembered and cherished.

Survivors include her loving husband of 35 years, Joaquin De Leon; children Oscar De Leon and partner Julieta Rendon, Vanessa De Leon, Joaquin De Leon, Jr., and Natalie De Leon; grandchildren, Sebastian De Leon Garcia, Jaydon De Leon and partner Amber, Kyleigh Santos and Elijah Santos; parents, Saul Cabriales Gomez and Simona Cordova Castillo; siblings, Saul Cabriales Cordova and wife Elva and Cristina Cabriales Cordova and husband Albert; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other loving family members and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. A procession will depart Tres Hewell Mortuary on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 9:30 a.m. for the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow. Pallbearers will be Oscar Cabriales De Leon, Joaquin Cabriales De Leon Jr., Alberto Rodriguez Cabriales, Jaydon De Leon, Elijah Santos, Saul Cabriales Cordova, Juan Roberto Moreno Cordova and Joaquin De Leon.
