In Loving Memory of Eliana Simone Ramos
September 5, 2025 – September 24, 2025
Our precious baby girl, Eliana Simone Ramos, who graced this world for nineteen unforgettable days peacefully passed in the arms of her family on September 24, 2025. Eliana was the beloved daughter of Karina Selena James and Jean Pierre Ramos. Her maternal grandmother, Katherine Rivera, held her in her heart long before she arrived. Her paternal grandparents, Yasiris Ramos and Carlos Oyola, will carry her memory forever.
She is also loved by her maternal extended family, Aunt Julia Rivera known lovingly as "Titi Boogie," Aunt Karen Rivera, Uncle Harry Rivera, and her dearest cousins Kayla Simone Rivera, who is also her Godmother, and Jada Rivera. She is also remembered by many more aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and all those who prayed for her and cared for her. Though her time with us was brief, Eliana brought immeasurable joy, hope, and light to all who awaited her arrival.
Eliana's name means "God has answered," and in her, we saw the purest answer to love. Her tiny hands, her gentle breath, and the way she nestled into the arms of everyone who held her will never be forgotten. She reminded us of the sacredness of each moment, the beauty of unconditional love, and the strength found in community and faith. She will forever be our angel, watching over us with the same serenity she brought into our lives.
Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation and funeral on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, at Falco Caruso and Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a funeral service will be held at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Eliana Simone Ramos, you are deeply loved, and you will be eternally missed. Rest in peace, our sweet baby girl.
