Elida "Lily" Garcia, 68, of Baytown was born February 5, 1945 in Beeville and passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in a Houston hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Herminia Gonzalez and brothers, Salvador, Edward, and Manuel Gonzalez. She is survived by her husband, Julio Garcia, Sr. of Baytown; son, Julian, Jr. and Patricia Garcia of Crosby; daughters and sons-in-law, JoAnn and Troy Leal and Laura and Oscar Garcia, all of Baytown; brother and sister-in-law, Raul and Janie Gonzalez of El Campo; sister and brother-in-law, Delia and Tony Garcia of Houston; grandchildren, Jessica, Macy, Megan, and Shane Garcia, Julia and Jenna Leal, and Mariah Arguelles; and great grandchildren, Addison Garcia, Avery Daniel, and soon to arrive, Pierce Dyess. Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Wednesday beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 12 noon at Navarre Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cedarcrest Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Julian Garcia, Jr., Troy Leal, Oscar Garcia, Roger Garcia, Michael Garcia, and Che Garcia.
