BISHOP ELIJAH DAVIS, JR. General Bishop Emeritus of the Unified
Freewill Baptist Churches.
June 2, 1946-March 3, 2025
We invite you to join us in honoring the life and legacy of Bishop Elijah Davis, Jr. at a funeral
Service scheduled for Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The service will be held at the
Zion Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, located at 377 Planters Street in the town of Ayden, North
Carolina.
Prior to the funeral, family and friends are welcome to pay their respects during the viewing,
which will take place on Friday, March 14, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Zion Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, 377 Planters Street, Ayden, NC 28513. This will be a special
occasion for loved ones to gather and share cherished memories of Bishop Davis.
Following the service, he will be laid to rest at the Mills Family Center, located at 1647 Ivy Road
in Winterville, North Carolina. Your presence and support during this time of remembrance
would be greatly appreciated as we celebrate the remarkable life and contributions of Bishop
Elijah Davis, Jr.
