Elijah Bernard Lambert, 48, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2025. Born April 12, 1977, he was the son of Arba B.Lambert and Barbara Ann Knuckles Lambert. Elijah attended Freedom Worship Ministries and Deliverance Temple Church. He loved nature, the outdoors, and especially fishing. Elijah was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Missouri Clark Lambert and Roy Scott Lambert; maternal grandparents, Mack Knuckles and Emily Knuckles; nieces, Melanie Lambert and Samantha Price; nephew, Gavin Crew Kiser.
Those left to cherish Elijah's memory are his parents, Arba Lambert and Barbara Knuckles Lambert; of Bluefield, sons, Gabriel Lambert and Logan Krauss, both of Princeton, WV; daughters, Leah Lambert of Princeton, WV, and Mackenzi Kloosterman and husband, Ben of Johnson City, TN; sister, Darlene Bailey and husband Keith of Bluefield, WV; two grandchildren, Atlas Lambert and Aylin Kloosterman; Niece, Mary Ann Nester and husband, Scott; and Nephew, Derick Price and Many friends and family members that loved him dearly.
Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, October 3, 2025 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Pastor Kenny Bogart and Pastor David Kirby officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Cravens-Shires Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Friday, October 3, 2025. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Lambert family.
