Elisabeth Eymann Dietrich, a longtime resident of Mahopac, NY, passed away on Wednesday October 18, 2017 at the age of 90. She was born in Viekschny, Lithuania on January 14, 1927. Elisabeth was educated in Europe. She immigrated to the United States in 1956 and was the owner of the Interlaken Motel in Mahopac. Elisabeth was a longtime member of Grace Lutheran Church in Yorktown Heights where she participated in the weekly bible study. She was a member of the church choir and played the bells. She enjoyed quilting and volunteered her time making quilts at church for the needy. She is survived by her children, Yvonne Ercole and her husband Robert of Ft. Myers, FL, Nancy Kotzur and her husband Gregory of Stanfordville, NY, David Dietrich and his wife Mary of LaGrange, NY and Thomas Dietrich and his wife Barbara of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren Robert, Nicholas, Daniel, Kristin, Mark and Joseph and her great grandchildren Jordan, Tanner, Brooke, Logan, Heidi, Benjamin, Lucas, Maximilian and Hannah. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Jamie. Funeral Services will be held on Monday October 23, 2017 at 11 am at Grace Lutheran Church, 3830 Gomer St. Yorktown Heights, NY. Interment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church.
