Elizabeth Carol Boutwell Senters, 65, of Elkton, VA, passed away Thursday, October 30, 2025, at her home. A celebration of life will be held November 15, 2025, at 11:00am at Elk Run Evangelical Church in Elkton. Pastor Josh Shifflett will officiate. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
Ms. Senters was born May 17, 1960, in Bethany, Oklahoma, daughter of the late William and Iona Graham Boutwell. She was a member of Elk Run Evangelical Church in Elkton, VA.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Rhonda Valasco.
She is survived by her husband, Pastor John Wayne Senters; children, Michelle Frazier (Charlie) of Oklahoma, David Senters (Gina) of Florida, Sherina Cole (Bryson) of Oklahoma, Deanna Farris (Matt) of Dallas, Texas, Robert Senters (Ellie) of Florida, John Senters of Elkton, VA; brothers, Richard Boutwell (Katrina) of Texas, Paul Boutwell (Derly) of Texas; sister, Ladonna Carter (Clyde) of Ohio; thirteen grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Elk Run Evangelical Church, 513 East Spotswood Avenue, Elkton, VA 22827.
