Elizabeth Evangelisto Obituary
She was born in Pittsfield on December 14, 1948 to Joseph and Jeannette Robeaux Legault. Elizabeth attended local schools and was a graduate of Pittsfield High School.
She married Joseph Evangelisto on July 13, 1967.
Primarily a homemaker, at one time Mrs. Evangelisto was a cook at Greylock Nursing Home.
She was a member of Berkshire Full Gospel Church, and Christian Assembly, as well as Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.
Mrs. Evangelisto is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joseph Evangelisto of Dalton; daughter, Amy Guyer and husband Jeff of Pittsfield; two sons, Joseph Evangelisto and wife Robin of Bradenton, FL and Thomas Evangelisto of Pittsfield; brother Thomas Legault and wife Paula of Pittsfield and Joseph Legault of Pennsylvania. Grandchildren, Elisha, Katarina, Makenzie, Casey, Amanda, Christopher, Alexandra, and Logan; and two great-grandchildren, Elliana and Tahani.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Mrs. Evangelisto will be held MONDAY, February 14, 2022 at 1 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield. Entombment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Mausoleum in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hours will precede the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. As the family requests the omission of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in care of the funeral home.
