Elizabeth Ann "Betty" (Jakubowski) Hockenbury, 62, of Mountain Top, died April 18, 2025. Funeral services for Betty will be held privately and at her family's convenience with no formal visitation. My deepest condolences on your loss. Betty and I were very good friends in high school. I was so taken back to hear of her passing. Betty was funny, smart and compassionate. A great friend. Time gets away from us once we finish high school and we often lose track of some of our best friends ever. Even though we were no longer close, Betty often entered my thoughts. It's so sad she was taken when she still had much life to live. I will miss her dearly.
