Elizabeth Ann Knapp, 97, of Stevensville passed away Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025, at CrownPointe in Stevensville.
Elizabeth was born May 18, 1928, in Chicago to Ferdinand and Anna (Pheiffer) Thierbach. Elizabeth graduated from St. Joseph High School. On April 10, 1948, she married Lynn Knapp in Baroda. She began her career at VM Corp. and, after dedicating time to raising her children, later worked for Sears.
A devoted Christian who deeply loved the Lord, Elizabeth found joy in cooking and cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Rhonda (Preston) Stahl; son, Steven (April) Knapp; four grandchildren: Rebecca Knapp, Jason (Christy) Knapp, Jennifer (Mike) Rodriguez and Michele (Hank) Grimes and sister, Christine Roush.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, husband, seven brothers and a sister.
Arrangements are entrusted to Starks & Menchinger Chapel and Cremation Service. A private burial will be held in North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma.
