Elizabeth “Betty” Joan (Rooker) McGee, lovingly known throughout her life as Betty and later as Madonna, was born on March 14, 1950, and passed away peacefully at home on December 5, 2025, in Lancaster, Ohio.
Betty lived a life rooted in love and quiet strength. She was a loving mother, grandmother and she known for her gentle heart and her deep affection for the many family dogs she cared for over the years.
She is survived by her son, Christopher McGee; her grandchildren, Alia (Gregory) Keller, Mason McGee, and Drakko McGee; and her great-grandchildren, Owen Keller and Elijah Keller.
Betty is also survived by siblings, Janet Spangler and Raymond Rooker, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Rooker and Rita (Sater) Rooker, and her siblings Patricia (Rooker) Keels, Paul Rooker, and Timothy Rooker.
