Elizabeth "Lillian" Moczygemba

Elizabeth Catherine Swierc Moczygemba was born November 25, 1930, on the family farm in Falls City Texas, to Clemens and Adela Swierc. Everyone knew her as Lillian. She entered into the kingdom of God on October 18, 2024 in Floresville Texas.
On November 11, 1953, she married Flavian Moczygemba in Falls City. Together they built their family and legacy in Falls City. She loved everything Falls City, including the Falls City Beavers, and Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Many people in Falls City can call her a friend.
Lillian was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Flavian Moczygemba, infant sons Rodney and Anthony, and brothers Vincent, Joseph, Tommy, Chester and Walter Lee.
Lillian is survived by her sons, Charles Moczygemba and his wife Mary Elizabeth, and Allen Moczygemba and his wife Joyce; her daughters, Janis Moczygemba, and Mary Stulting and her husband Mike. She was also blessed by her grandchildren Suzanne and Stacy Largent, Brittany and Thomas Griffith, William and Sheena Moczygemba, Benedict and Arianna Moczygemba, Theresa and Cody Dickens, John and Susanna Moczygemba, Elizabeth and Weston Silverberg, and Matthew and Amanda Stulting. Surviving her are her ultimate blessings, her great grandchildren, Taylor Esparza, Braeden Mussett, Aubrey Moczygemba, Ava Dickens and Gunner Largent. She is also survived by her beloved brother, Clemens Swierc Jr, and sister Helen Werland.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 27th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Falls City. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 28th also at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Falls City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lillian's favorite causes - the scholarship fund for the Catholic Daughters of America or Christus Children's Hospital San Antonio.
The family would like to thank the staff of Prairie Meadows Rehabilitation Hospital for the kindness, compassion, dignity, respect and love they showed Mom during her stay. May God bless them all.
