Elizabeth Ann Phillips daughter of William and Mary Padden went to meet Jesus in glory on Christmas Eve., December 24, 2025. Ann Phillips was born in Ely, Nevada on August 24, 1932. In passing she leaves three of her four daughters, Suzann Douthwright, Margie Tucker and Julie Woolsey to join Dale, her loving husband, of seventy-four years of marriage and their daughter, Lori in heaven. Michael Douthwright, Patrick Tucker, Saylor and Reel Woolsey, held a special place in the heart of their grandma.

Ann attended Poly High School in Long Beach where she met the love of her life, Dale Phillips, and they married in 1949. She perfected the art of being a loving wife, mother and grandma. Teaching Sunday School, Release Time, VBS and women’s bible study was her passion. She was ever present in all of her daughter’s activities from paper drives to National Charity League.

Traveling the world with Dale was a highlight in Ann’s life. Visiting the Holy Land to safari’s in South Africa was exciting, as well as, educational. Hong Kong, Paris, Scotland, England and numerous Mexico trips also filled their traveling agenda. Many family trips to Hawaii brought them great joy and happiness. Wonderful adventures attributed to their adventurous lifestyle.

Ann Phillips will be greatly missed in this life, but we look forward to being reunited with her at the feet of our Savior, Jesus for eternity.
