Elizabeth Ann Smith, 80 of Kirbyville passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Avalon Nursing Home.
Funeral service will be 2 pm, Sunday, November 23, 2025 at Jasper County Cowboy Church with burial at Erin Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 pm prior to service.
Ann was born October 19, 1945 in Bay City, Texas to Alvin Hill and Margaret Davenport and adopted by James Olen and Erlene Hill. Ann spent her early years traveling the country with her parents chasing the pipeline. She married the love of her life, her cowboy, Ted on May 31, 1963. Together they raised four boys. Ann was a successful homemaker and flower shop owner. She loved her family and the Lord.
She is survived by her sons, Greg Smith and Lenell, Scott Smith and Leticia, Mike Smith, Mitch Smith and Theresa; sister, Peggy Nicoleson; stepbrother, Howard Doughty; 11 grandchildren, Lindsey Talbert and Michael, Jesse Wilson and Matt, Amber Smith, Christopher Fazio, Rusty Smith, Kelsie Gilley and Brandon, Courtney Randolph and Collin, Jayme Long and Kyle, Trent Smith and Cassidy, Wyatt Smith, Christian Smith; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Donna Harris.
She was preceded in death by husband, Ted Smith; brothers, James Hill, Brian Hill; grandson, Kaleb Smith.
