Elizabeth "Beth" Ware-Westmoreland passed away at the Robin Johnson house on July 30th 2025 with her loving fiancé Scott Hubbard was by her side.
Beth was born on December 16th 1965 and was preceded in death by her parents Douglas J. Ware and Sandra R. Ware and brother James D. Ware.
Beth was a graduate of South Point High School class of 1984. She attended Gaston College pursuing a degree in social work. Beth worked in the motor sports industry for several years including Dale Earnhardt Inc. and the Nascar Cafe Franchise. Beth most recently worked as a bartender extraordinaire at the Soggy Dollar bar at the infamous Amberjacks Seafood and Steaks. She loved promoting the bar and delivering first class service to her customers and friends. They will surely miss her.
She was a devoted fiancé to Scott, sister to Kelli, and loved by all of her friends and we must not forget her favorite of all "Luke" the kitty cat.
Beth is survived by her fiancé Scott Hubbard, her sister Kelli Ware-Smith and husband Joe, sister Susan, and brothers Jeff, Ben, and Jonathan Sellers. She had beloved nieces and nephews, including Willow, Josh and Dustin. And several great nieces and nephews who she cherished.
Family and friends will gather for visitation to celebrate Beth’s life from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9th, 2025 at Withers and Whisenant Funeral Home.
