Elizabeth Ann 'Libby' Woodward of Greencastle, Indiana departed this life at the Putnam County Hospital on Sunday, December 7th, 2025. She was born on April 20th, 1946 to the late Oscar and Edna Marie Hale of Logan, West Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harold 'Woody' Woodward; brothers James and Rex Hale; sisters Lynn Geraldine Johnson and Lois Jean Hale; sons Jimmy Allen and Charles Woodward; and grandson Austin Davis.

Those left to cherish her memory are daughters Robin Davis and Lisa Woodward both of Indianapolis; sisters Ruth Burdette of Ladoga, Indiana and Kay Davis (Wendell) of Lander, Wyoming; brother Gregory Hale (Nancy) of Boise, Idaho; sister-in-law Barb Hale of Bainbridge, Indiana; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Libby worked and retired from Lander Regional Hospital in Wyoming. She was a medical tech for 35+ years. She volunteered in Lander at various organizations and worked part-time at ACE Hardware once she retired. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Lander, Wyoming. She enjoyed reading, thrifting, and spending time with family.

Libby's family honored her final wishes and she was cremated. There are no services planned at this time. The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, you make a donation to The Waters in Greencastle where Libby was a resident. The staff there took great care of her.
