Elizabeth Rose Jandreau was born March 15, 1977 to Frank Jandreau, Sr. and Eleanor (Weston) Jandreau in Wagner SD. Elizabeth died Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at the Community Memorial Hospital in Wagner SD.
Elizabeth received her GED. On May 10, 2001, her son, Hazen Keith Jandreau was born. Hazen was born premature and required a high level of care. Elizabeth's made the painful decision to put him up for adoption which took a lit of courage and love. He was always in her heart and she talked about him all the time. Liz was an avid Broncos fan, you'd often find her dressed in the Bronco's colors. Our dad's favorite nickname for her was "Hippo Nose". She was always kind and helpful wherever she went. She had a sense of humor and could always be found laughing with family and friends.
Elizabeth leaves to mourn 3 sisters: Rebecca Jandreau Picotte (Bruce), Wagner, SD, Maria Arpan, Wagner; and Laura Jandreau, Anacortes, WA; 1 half-sister, Michele Durant, Wagner, SD; and 8 brothers: Gaylord Jandreau, Wagner SD; James Jandreau, Sioux Falls, SD; John Jandreau Yankton, SD; Kenneth Jandreau, Wagner, SD; Kevin Jandreau, Wagner, SD; Vernon Jandreau, Wagner, SD and Dustin Jandreau, Wagner, SD; and many nieces and nephews.
Elizabeth will be welcomed home with open arms by her mother, Eleanor Weston Jandreau and father, Frank Jandreau, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Florence Ree and Hazen Weston; paternal grandparents, Albert Jandreau, Sr. and Adeline Archambeau; and her brother Frank Jandreau, Jr. and Byron Jandreau.
