Eljane Pawelski Obituary
She was born December 28, 1933 in Stevens Point, WI to Leo and Jenevieve Keen. Beloved wife to Sylvester Pawelski married on June 11, 1955 in Knowlton, WI, for 61 years. Mother to Sharon (John) Valasek, Patricia (Patrick) Sylvester, and James (the late Sharlene) Pawelski. Dear sister to Marvin Keen and Harold Keen. Further survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband Sylvester, her parents Leo and Jenevieve, sister Audrey Kawelski, sister-in-law Janet Keen and granddaughter Julia.
Eljane enjoyed playing cards, cooking, sewing quilts, making crafts, going to the casino to play the slot machines, and she was a member of the Christian Mother Society.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at Mother of Perpetual Help Church, 2322 South 106th Street, West Allis, WI from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Private burial to follow the next day at Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery.
