Funeral services for Ella Mae (Goodman) Plowman, 89, of Missouri City will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2014 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg with interment following at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Pastor Phil Lineberger will officiate the services. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. Ella Mae was born on June 15, 1925 in Poteau, Oklahoma to William and Eva Ethel (Yoakum) Goodman. She passed away on August 8, 2014 in Sugar Land. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willard W. Plowman, Jr.; parents, William and Eva Ethel Goodman; brother, Ival Goodman; sisters, Alpha Omega Owen and Imogene Crockett; and grandchildren, Rachel and Paul Plowman. Ella Mae is survived by her daughters, Jean Ann Stewart and husband, David, and Pamela Jo McClendon and husband, James; son, Mark Wilson Plowman and wife, Janice; grandchildren, Jennifer Lopez, Rhonda Freeman and husband, Quinton, and Matthew Plowman; great grandchildren, Erika and Taylor Freeman, and Bailey Lopez; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
