November 19, 2025 surrounded b y her family. Ella was born in
Clinton, Tennessee o n February 9, 1939 the daughter o f Samuel
Pete Stubbs and Edna Duncan Stubbs.
Ella and her husband Gene were longtime owners of Plateau Real
Estate. Ella continued her successful real estate career for 5 3
years. She was a faithful member o f Homesteads Baptist Church
for 75 years.
She i s survived b y her two daughters, Connie Taylor and husband
Larry Taylor and Cindy Brown and Ed Rose. Her grandchildren Blake
Turner Taylor and wife Amber, Rachel Lichele Taylor, and Amanda
Kate Korth and husband Wes, and bonus grandchildren Amanda
Renee Sizemore and husband Daniel and Miranda Ann Reynolds
and husband Sammy and 6 great grandchildren Hayden, Addie,
Elliot, Taylor, Trevor and Cameron.
In addition t o her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband Morris Eugene Turner and brothers Samuel E. Stubbs, Pete
Stubbs, and Lonas Stubbs and sisters i n law Pat Stubbs and Betty
Stubbs.
Visitation will b e at Hood Funeral Home, Monday, November 24"
2025 from 11 t o 1 pm, service at 1 pm, and burial at Turner
Cemetary following the service.
