Lucile accepted Christ as her Savior under niece, Evangelist Wanda Gail O'Hara, stating "Thank you Jesus because I don't want to go to Hell."
Ella Lucile Tyson was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rosa Lee Tyson, daughter, Voncile Tyson Mattair, brothers, Leroy Davis, Gorge Johnson, sister-in-law, Johnnie Mae Davis, and brother-in-law Rev. Ronald Mattair.
She leaves to mourn, sisters, Maggie Burks, Jeanette Henderson (Thomas), brother, James Tyson (Linda), devoted caregiver, and special niece who called her "Mama", Kalisha Johnson, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and a special friend, Mary Barfield.
