CROSSETTE Ellen Crossette passed away in Austin, Texas on Friday, April 24, 2009. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 12, 1960. Ellen was one of four sisters. Ellen moved from San Antonio to Austin, Texas and graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edwards University. She spent many happy years teaching in elementary education at Manor Elementary School. Ellen was preceded in death by her father, Maverick Crossette and her mother, Jo Anne Karnes Crossette. She was also preceded in death by both sets of maternal and paternal grandparents. Ellen is survived by her three sisters, Elizabeth Crossette Sirianni, Patricia Crossette, and Amy Maverick Crossette; two nieces, Sarah Elizabeth Pesek and Julie Maverick Sirianni; two nephews, Louie Sirianni and Nick Sirianni.

As the days and weeks pass and you 're remembering Ellen and your past adventures, my prayers and sympathies are with you to be strong. I have wonderful high school memories of Ellen.
