Ellen Kirby Thomas

THOMAS, Mrs. Ellen Kirby, 74, of Warsaw, died on Thursday, September 10, 2009. She was the widow of Wilton Ray Thomas. Ellen and her husband were the founding owners of Triple R Construction and involved in the Northern Virginia construction industry for over 20 years before retiring to the Northern Neck. Survivors are her son, Ronnie Thomas of Nokesville; her four daughters, Lynn Mauer of Oakton, Debbie Baillargeon of Bristow, Diane Warzybok of Centreville, and Leslie Hacker of Bristow; two brothers, Marshall Kirby of Roanoke and James P. Kirby of Warrenton; sister-in-law, Virginia Thomas of Richmond; her 15 beloved grandchildren; and her special niece and nephew. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Welch Funeral Home, Marks Chapel, from 4 to 7 Saturday evening.
