Ellen Marie "Baywee" Taylor-Vaughn was born October 22, 1968, in Evansville, IN, to proud parents; Margaret A. Jackson and Robert Taylor Jr.
She departed from this earthly home to her new heavenly home on November 23, 2022, at 54 years old. She was preceded in death by her eldest brother, Charles Anthony Taylor, and both of her parents.
Ellen attended and graduated from Central High School in 1987. Shortly after high school, she landed a job at TJ Maxx Distribution Center and worked there for many years before she became a dedicated employee at SRG Global and worked for this company for over 20 years.
Ellen was saved at 18 years old while attending Bethany Apostolic Church under the pastorate of Bishop G.W. Fraizer Sr. She was a faithful member of Agape Life Church under the leadership of Pastor Gary Price.
She was a loving and dedicated mother and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Ellen is most remembered for her love for Jesus and for being a prayer warrior. She prayed for family, friends, and co-workers often.
Ellen leaves to cherish and celebrate her memory, one son: Quentin Vaughn II; two daughters: Marissa and Marriah Vaughn; two grandsons: Mekhi Vaughn and Kortez Vaughn; their grandfather: Quentin Vaughn Sr.; sisters: Leslie Taylor, and Tara Taylor-McLendon; one brother Michael (Jaime)Taylor; nieces: Arika, Ariel, and Adriona McLendon; nephews: Kameron and Jermaine McLendon Jr.; two great-nieces: Journey Smith and Nova Ellis; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her church family.
