Ellen Christine Zuercher, 82, of Clemson, wife to Thomas Zuercher, passed away July 15, 2025.
Born in Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Christine Potdevin. Ellen worked in planning and development for the Town of Ridgefield in Connecticut and is a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and most of all taking care of her family.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Zuercher; daughter, Kristine O’Connor of Omaha, NE; sister, Marie Lynn of Pendleton; grandchildren, Kathryn, Kyle, Meghan, and Connor; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Remi, Oliver, and River.
Mrs. Zuercher was predeceased by her parents; children, William Heaphy and Donna Alexander; sister, Doris Potdevin; grandson, Nicholas.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Old Southeast Church Cemetery, Brewster, NY at a later date.
