Hey Laney... Your birthday wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! Everyone gathered for you and we laughed and joked and it felt good to have everyone there! Now can't no one compare to how you'd keep a party entertained but we tried our best to get the atmosphere just right... lol... Any who, June 2nd of last year is when we lost you and we shed so many tears so this year we're gonna come and gather for you to tell you some of the things that we could barely speak a year ago... I do want you to know that we all miss you and are greatful for the love that God has because we know that with you being with Him we have no worries for your spiritual being! We love you Laney! Bye

For my cousin... I love you always baby girl and sadly I couldn't tell you enough while you were here! I'll never forget the laughs, gatherings, parties, times, moments and smiles we shared. I know you're in a far better place now and smiling down upon us. Keep smiling and know that those who know and love you wil never forget you. Elleny Im just finding out about this page and I miss you so much!!! Words cant even explain how much i miss you!!! I swear me and Chris thought we saw you recently and all I could say to myself is, that i wish it really was you!! Not a day goes by that you're in my memories and i havent even deleted your cell on my phone and wont ever!! Life is not the same without you here with us but I know you're looking down on us and still smiling!! Your little cousins are growing so fast and i wish you could share these moments with us!!! You're my forever angel and i cant wait til i see you again!! I love you!!!

WHERE DO I START? IM CRYING AS IM WRITING THIS. I FEEL SO BAD. NOT ONLY CAUSE YOUR GONE, BUT BECAUSE I DIDN'T KEEP IN TOUCH. I COULDN'T MAKE YOUR FUNERAL AND I WAS TRYING SO HARD. I FELT SO BAD. I WISH I COULD REWIND TIME. WHY YOU? I REMEMBER YOU WERE THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS WILLING TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING WITH ME TO GO GET MY HAIR DONE! LOL. NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE WILL DO STUFF LIKE THAT. NOW I LOOK BACK I KNOW, MATTER A FACT I BEEN KNEW YOU WAS A REAL, TRUE PERSON THAT I CAN CALL MY FRIEND. GOD TAKES US FOR A REASON. Laney, Christmas is coming up & I think about you everyday. All the ladies we dance with had a moment of silence in honor of you this past Thanksgiving & I couldn't hlp but silently shed a few tears. I know God brought you home for fulfilling what He put you here to do but, being human and in the flesh, I can't help but feel a little cheated for the time I can't get back with you. I still haven't visited your grave since we layed you to rest partially because it hurts too much & because I'm afraid. Not afraid of you but afraid of re-visiting a time I wish never happened... Me & Tiara have a picture of you hanging up by the door with a candle next to it. We'll light it for you this Christmas Laney and just know we love you very very much. Thanks for never letting me forget that contagious laugh of yours. I still smile when I think of it. Love you Laney...

We miss you babygirl. Not a day goes by that i don't think of you. How could the life of such a beautiful young lady get cut short I mean 19 YEARS OLD life was just beginning for you. Sometimes I find myself asking why but then i remember that if it is God's will for it to b it will b. My prayers go out to your family and friends. I know that he will see you guys through this trying time. Just hold on to his unchanging hand!

there's no words to really express how i feel right now, all i can really say is that i miss you. you were not only a friend to me but i looked at you like family, So loosing you was like loosing a little piece of me, and as bad as I want that piece back I know I cant have it. But I’m happy with the fact that I know you served your purpose here with grace, a warm heart, and lots of laughter. You have changed so many lives in the 19 years you were here, and you will continue to do so in spirit, You have changed my life and i will forever love you for that. I now know that I can’t take anything for granted and to cherish every person that’s in my life. I cherished you and I will forever do so I love you and I promise you that with every tear I cry there will always be a smile that follows, because I always have to remember that you are right there wiping every tear away. I can’t wait to see you again but until i get there remember to always be with me in my dreams, share a dance with me in the morning when I’m getting ready for work LOL, and always always be there for me when I’m lost.

To my cousin... 1 of my best friends... My sister Elleny. Words can't describe the way I felt at just the thought that you were gone and I would never get to see you again. You were the last 1 I would have ever thought to go and now I realize that should never be an excuse of why I should put people off because you've shown me nothing lasts forever so cherish the time that you have with everyone. I find myself feeling guilty because I feel like you were stolen from me and its not fair but I have 2 remember that your work here is done and you've went back to take your place beside the Lord. Well Laney I can guarantee that as you sit and watch you will see the unforgettable change you have made and for that you should be proud because I am. Though I didn't know Elleny well, I appreciated her very much. Elleny provided wonderful care to my mother at her job at Sunrise of Golden Valley. Her sweet spririt and gentle nature were evident in the kind, patient and respectful way in which she took care of all the residents. She always greeted us warmly and was very helpful. Her tender care will be greatly missed.
