Elliana was born on September 11, 2025, in Wooster, Ohio, to Ashlea Morgan Lax.
Elliana was only here for a moment, but she filled that moment with a lifetime's worth of love. Her tiny hands never grew big, but her impact on the hearts that held her will never fade. She was the light of our lives, and though her time on Earth was brief, her presence became forever. Some souls are too beautiful for this world, and she was one of them. Mommy will carry her love in her heart forever and miss her sweet baby girl every single day. Loved beyond words, Remembered beyond time.
Surviving are her mother, Ashlea and brother, Malachi Kane Alexander Lax, both of Orrville; maternal grandparents, Michelle and Jason Lax of Orrville; maternal great grandparents, Jay Lax of Orrville, and Dan and Dolly Atkinson of Stuart, VA; three aunts, Cortney (Christopher) Bates of Creston, Sommer Lax of Orrville, and Karlie (Alex Beckett) Lax of Orrville; cousins, Kinsley and Colton Bates, Marcellus, Kingston and Giovanni Lax; and several other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandmother, Roberta "Bobbi" Lax.
Friends may visit on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Auble Funeral Home, 512 East Oak Street, Orrville, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Services will follow at 7:00 pm on Thursday, at the funeral home, with Pastor Chuck Davis officiating.
Memorials may be made to Lissy's Legacy of Love, Lissyslegacyoflove.org.
