It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ellie Lee Clark, who left us on September 4, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on December 20, 1958, Ellie was a man defined by his incredible skill, boundless creativity, and a generosity of spirit that touched everyone he met.

Ellie was truly a "jack of all trades," always able to "make something out of nothing" with his ingenious hands. He found immense joy and satisfaction in refurbishing old items, breathing new life into forgotten furniture, transforming clothes and shoes with a unique flair, and expertly fixing anything that came his way – a talent for which he was widely known and appreciated. His only exception to this mechanical prowess was navigating the intricacies of modern technology, a charming quirk that endeared him to many.

An avid sports fan, Ellie also loved to cook, turning simple ingredients into memorable meals. He was the life of the party, full of laughter and good times, always ready to set the mood with his eclectic taste in music, which included favorites like Color Me Badd, The Escorts, and The Delfonics.

Professionally, Ellie applied his meticulous nature and strong work ethic as a painter, in minor construction, and as a dedicated warehouse worker.

While he believed in God and read the Bible from time to time, Ellie lived his life openly, without adhering to conventional religious or spiritual labels. He embodied his beliefs through his actions, his kindness, and his unwavering willingness to help others.

His family and friends will forever cherish the small, personal joys that were distinctly Ellie's: the familiar scent of Big Red and Winterfresh gums, his cherished collection of photos, the simple pleasure of Albertson's fried chicken, and his ever-present ice chest, always ready for life's moments. These items, seemingly small, are now profound reminders of a life well-lived and deeply loved.

Ellie leaves behind his better half, six children, twenty-two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, his mother, and siblings. Ellie's memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
