We still cherish those moments,
When you were in mommy's belly.
We were all patiently waiting,
For the chance to meet Ellie.
When you finally arrived,
It brought tears to our eyes.
All of a sudden you're gone,

We had it all planned out,
We had your room ready.
With pretty pink flowers,
And a soft, cuddly teddy.
You gave us so much joy,
We wanted to give you the world.
There was nothing we wouldn't do,
For our pretty little girl.

Why is our baby not here?
Why did she leave us so soon?
You are the girl of our dreams,
The only one who mattered.
Now there's a hole in our hearts,
It has been broken and shattered.
We'll always remember your smile,
And your warm, loving touch.
Please come visit if you can,
We just miss you so much.
No matter where you are,
Or how many years have gone by,
Just know that mommy and daddy,
Will never say goodbye.
