Son Thi Ngo

Son Thi Ngo, age 82 of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. Son was born in Vietnam to Tan Doi Ngo and Tho Thi Le Ngo.

Son married Son Hoanh Dinh, and together they had six children, Dieu Phuong Ngo Dinh, Vu Dinh Ngo Dinh, Vu Dinh, Cosmos Vu Dinh, Phuong Dinh, and Loan Dinh. Her husband, Son, was a military Captain and while he was away, she embraced the task of raising their six children. To give her children a better life, the family came to America on March 5, 1991. Her children will always remember how small but strong of a woman she was. They will be eternally grateful for the love and support she gave them throughout their lives.

Son is preceded in death by her parents, Tan Doi Ngo and Tho Thi Le; husband, Son Hoanh Dinh; brothers, Tri Tan Ngo, Giac Tan Ngo, Thai Tan Ngo.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Dieu Phuong Ngo Dinh, Vu Dinh Ngo Dinh, Vu Dinh, Cosmos Vu Dinh, Phuong Dinh, and Loan Dinh; 13 grandchildren; sisters, Khoa Thi Ngo, Hoi Thi Ngo; cousins, Luon Le, Do Do, Nam Nguyen; nephews, Phap Ung, and Phu Ngo.

A visitation and prayer service will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home 7735 Gibbs Sprawl Rd, San Antonio, TX 78239 with Phap Ung to officiate. Burial will take place on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 3:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Park 1701 Austin Hwy San Antonio, TX 78218 (following the purple arrows). The family wishes to thank all of the family and friends for coming to show their support and kindness with the prayers, food, and flowers sent during this difficult time.
