Farmington Funeral HomeElliott “Bryson” Ahkeah, 61, of Farmington, NM, passed away on September 2, 2025. He was born on June 27, 1964, in Shiprock, NM, to Robert and Laverna Ahkeah.
Bryson finished high school in Shiprock, NM, and earned a college education in Phoenix, AZ. He was employed at the City of Farmington and retired from his position as Senior Operator at the Farmington Power Plant. He later worked in other electrical positions and was also involved in plumbing, heating, and HVAC. He enjoyed time with family and friends, riding his motorcycle, watching football, and fishing. He will be greatly missed.
Bryson is preceded in death by his son, Alik Ahkeah, and his parents, Robert and Laverna Ahkeah.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; his stepsons, Stephen George and Shaiden George; his daughter, Kaleena Ahkeah; and his grandchildren, Alik Keith Ahkeah, Alaya Kaya Ahkeah ,Steffani George, Shayla George, and Liam George.
Serving as honorary pallbearers are: Alik K. Ahkeah, Stephen George, Shaiden George, Julian Benally, Eugene Benally, and Gerald Clah.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Memory Gardens of Farmington (6917 E Main St, Farmington, NM 87402).
Donations may be made to Farmington Funeral Home or Sharon George.
