A devoted husband, dad, grandfather, friend, neighbor and partner, he lived a life of service-always ready to put others first.
As a proud Army veteran, Elliott spent almost 50 years in service to others-first as a member of the Philadelphia Police Force and later as a school police officer with the School District of Philadelphia. He was also heavily involved in the community and was one of the founding members of the Fox Chase Champions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing activities for special needs children. Elliott loved riding his motorcycle on Sundays, going to dinners with his cousins and cheering on his grandkids at their sports games or art events.
Known for his quick wit, humor, and warm heart, Elliott brought light and laughter to everyone around him.
Always ready with a joke and a smile, Elliott's infectious personality will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to Elliott's Life Celebration on Saturday, August 30, 2025, from 11:00am to 12:45pm at John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home, followed by his service at 1:00pm. Interment private.
