Ellis Mullins Obituary
Ellis Herman Mullins, age 83, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2023 with his son Ellis Kevin Mullins by his side. He was born on May 11, 1940 to the late Darwin and Ota Mullins of Jackhorn, Kentucky. Ellis is the devoted and cherished husband to Arda Felice Mullins (nee York) for 65 plus years. He has been the loving father to Ellis Kevin Mullins of Joppa, Maryland and Kimberly Felice Mullins of Middle River, Maryland. Rylie Felice Mullins his great-granddaughter and Ryland Ellis Mullins his great-grandson, one of the pallbearers, were the light of his life.
Leaving behind are his brothers JC Mullins of Edgewood, Maryland and Michael Mullins of Jackhorn, Kentucky; his precious sister Loretta Meade of Jackhorn, Kentucky and Cathy Dishman of Tennessee; his brothers-in-law Tim Sexton and Jessie Miller and sisters-in-law Lee Ann Boggs (Phillip) and Pam Mullins. He is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Ellis is preceded in death by his other siblings Burr Mullins, Joyce Page, Den Mullins, Clifford Mullins, MaDonna Sue Mullins, Ronald Mullins, Yvonne Miller and his brother-in-law Greg Sexton and Charles "Buck" Hipps.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 15th at 11:00 AM.
Interment to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
