Tommy D. Mullins, 76, passed away Friday, March 20, 2026 at his home in Readyville, TN. Born in Grundy, VA., he was the son of the late Henry Stewart Mullins and Madeline Ellswick Mullins.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Harrell Mullins of Readyville and Murfreesboro; step-daughter, Cassy Lynn Fletcher of Murfreesboro; step granddaughter, Oakley Angel Fletcher of Murfreesboro; nephew, Hank (Haley) Mullins of Winchester, VA.; great niece, EJ Mullins of Winchester, VA.; sister-in-law, Beverly Wallace of Murfreesboro; step nieces, Jessica Wallace and Julie (Brian) Walker; step great nephew and niece, Hudson Alexander Walker and Charlotte Paige Walker; and step mother-in-law, Wilma Ball Harrell of Woodbury.

Tommy was a veteran of United States Army. He was helicopter mechanic and door gunner in the Vietnam War. An automotive engineer, he was retired from Toyota Motors. He worked all of his career in the automotive industry. Tommy was a world traveler and lived in many different states and countries. He enjoyed being a pilot, gardening, loved the lake and waterskiing, and could do just about anything with his hands. He was so kind, patient and loving to all who knew him.

His family will recieve friends Tuesday, March 24, 2026 from 3:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. Graveside services with military honors will follow at 5:15 P.M. at Riverside Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Wheeler officiating.
