Elma F. Holliday, age 92, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2024, at Chesterwood Nursing Home, surrounded by the love and care she so richly deserved. Born on October 30, 1932, in Hazard, Kentucky, to the late Carl and Oma (Engle) Fields, Elma’s life was a beautiful tapestry woven from her deep family ties and unwavering dedication to her work. A devoted employee, Elma retired after many years of service at GE and later found joy in her role at Walmart, where her enduring spirit and warm smile touched countless lives. Above all, Elma treasured her family, and her legacy of love will continue to grow through them. She is survived by her grandson Shawn Holliday and his wife Tera Holliday; great grandson Hayden Holliday; daughter-in-law Diane Holliday; nieces Brenda Holliday, Bev Wedaman and Oma Dilbert. Elma was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Lawrence Holliday; her son Kevin Holliday; her parents; sister Edith Dilbert; brother Roy Fields and nephew Frankie Dilbert. A visitation in honor of Elma will be held at Mueller Funeral Home, located at 6791 Tylersville Rd, Mason, Ohio, on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM.
