Elmond Cumberbatch Obituary

Known affectionately as "Preacher" and "Eddie," Mr. Cumberbatch was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his loving children: daughter Shawn M. Cumberbatch-Graham, and sons Lester E. Cumberbatch and Michael Cumberbatch. He also leaves behind four grandchildren-Brandon Shue, Jasmine Cumberbatch, Jonathan Cumberbatch, and Jeremy Cumberbatch-and two great-grandchildren, twin siblings Aiden and Alaine Shue.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 7th at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Brothers Funeral Home Cascade Chapel, located at 1199 Utoy Springs Road SW, Atlanta, GA. Interment will follow immediately at South-View Cemetery Association, 1990 Jonesboro Rd SE, Atlanta, GA.
A repast will be held following the interment at the Murray Brothers Event Hall, located at the same address as the funeral home.
Mr. Cumberbatch's legacy of love, service, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
