Elnor Flowers Obituary

Elnor Ruth Flowers, age 87, of Logan, Ohio, passed away Oct. 14, 2025, at her residence.

Elnor was born July 14, 1938, to Roy Mercer and Ethel Dennis Mercer. She loved hummingbirds and butterflies; raised and released Monarch Butterflies; formerly worked at Planned Parenthood of Logan; was a volunteer for the Hocking County Election Board.

Surviving are her sons Keith (Barb) Flowers, Kevin (Jennifer) Flowers, Bryan (Deanna) Flowers; several grand and great grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and sister Barbara Bennett.

Elnor was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ronald P. Flowers; daughter Carla Devaney; son-in-law Odie Devaney; brothers Bud Hahn, Donald Mercer; and sister Jacqueline Bigham.

Per Elnor's request, there will be no services. Cremation will take place by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan. After cremation Elnor will be laid to rest on Keith's farm, with her husband Ron, daughter Carla, and son-in-law Odie. They all loved to visit and stay at Keith's farm.

In lieu of flowers, please donate in Elnor's name to the Logan Christmas Lights fund.
