Elnora Green

Elnora B. Green, 89, of Greenville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 2, 2025.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at Hillside Church of Christ with Mr. Brady Cook officiating. A burial will be planned for a later date. Coker-Mathews Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born on December 23, 1935, to Homer and Bernice Bloodsworth. She married the love of her life, Sammy, on June 15, 1953. Together they had three children.
She was a devoted member of Hillside Church of Christ and loved her church family dearly. She loved the holidays, cooking and decorating for her family. Her hobby was sewing and quilting for family and friends. She looked forward to attending her many social clubs.
Survivors include her son, Stan and wife, Tara; daughters, Cindy and husband, Rick, Carla and husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Wesley and wife, Kirsten, Amanda and husband, Aaron, Mitchell and wife, Debra, Megan and husband, Clint, Andrew and wife, April, Dawn and husband, Curtis; 15 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sisters.
