Elsa Barrientos

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved, Elsa Barrientos, who left this world on December 11, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on January 8, 1959, in El Paso County, Texas, Elsa spent her life as a cherished homemaker, dedicating herself to creating a loving and nurturing environment for her family.

Elsa was a kind and loving soul, known for her warmth and generosity. She had a vibrant passion for music and was an avid lover of arts and crafts, particularly knitting. Her hands created not only hats and socks for her family but also a legacy of love and care that will forever warm our hearts.

Family meant everything to Elsa. She poured her love into her son, Moises Barrientos, and her cherished grandchildren, Karissa Barrientos, Cruz Barrientos, and Angel Carpenter, who were the light of her life, as well as her fur baby "Bae Bae". Her laughter and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Elsa was preceded in death by parents, Miguel and Hortencia Lopez.

In E lsa's honor, we invite family and friends to join us for a funeral service at Greene Funeral Service South Chapel on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM. A visitation will be held prior to the service, starting at 2:00 PM.
