A hardworking and dedicated businessman, Elton was the proud owner of Elton Phillips Concrete, which he ran for over 50 years. He built a reputation for integrity and craftsmanship throughout the community. Beyond his work, Elton had a deep love for the water. He found joy and peace in boating and fishing-his favorite ways to spend time with family and friends.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michelle Phillips (Mac), Patty Northern (Mike), James Light (Anna), David Phillips (Kayla Edwards), Leah Phillips, Kelly Tkaczow (Marc), Felicia Belue, and Cassie Bransen (Chad); his sister, Merilyn Clements; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Angela Belue; and many other loved family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his son, James Belue; and brothers, PeeWee Phillips and Lester Phillips.
A private service will be held at a later date.
