She is preceded in death by; her husband, Evaristo Gortarez, her parents, Luciano and Eduarda Garcia, brothers, Eddie and Freddie Garcia, sisters, Margaret Garcia and Martha Ruiz.
Elva is survived by; her sons, Hector Osorio, Jr. and Ivan Gortarez, daughters, Tricia Conchos (Rudy) and Tara Gortarez, brothers, Albert and Lucky Garcia, grandchildren, Steven Nieto, Sara Aguirre (Alex),
Nikolas Nieto and Nicole Nunez. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Imani Christine and Isaiah Alexander.
Elva was loved and will be greatly missed by those that knew her.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 13, 2026, at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home (602) 276-3601.
