Elvira loved her children and grandchildren very much and would do anything for them. She was a strong, caring and beautiful woman inside and out and was willing to help anyone in need. She was funny and always made her family and friends laugh. She was a great cook and was known for making the best homemade bread, tortillas and red chile amongst other great meals. Elvira loved her casino and her favorite saying was “Tengo $300 en mi Bolsa por casino” and she made sure to keep that Bolsa by her side at all times. She loved to watch the Price Is Right, which she called “Price Right”, her novellas, La Rosa de Guadalupe, football and golf. She was a very religious lady and prayed the rosary every night and every morning before she had her coffee and cookies.
