Edwin "Elvis" Johnson passed away on Monday January 2, 2023 at St. Mary's Hospital in St. Louis on Monday, following a brief illness.
He was born to Lee Roy and Opal (Allen) Johnson on March 1, 1946. He was predeceased by his father Lee Roy Johnson and brother Manuel Johnson. He is survived by mother Opal Johnson of Advance, brother Dan Johnson of Maryland Heights, and sister LaVerne Johnson of Advance; also, son Darren Johnson of Wildwood, granddaughter Jessi (Eric) Killian of St Peters.
Also great-grandchildren Landon, Adalind and Valentina.

So many wonderful memories of Elvis. So many holiday meals shared, good laughs, and family events he was a part of, Elvis was like family to us. I am so sorry for your loss; wish we could have made it to the service.

So very sorry to lose my cousin, Elvis. He was funny, creative, and so interested in family that had gone by. Praying he will rest in peace.
