El deporte favorito de Nina era béisbol y le encantaba siempre estar presente en los juegos de sus nietos. La extrañara mucho su amado hijo Victor Gomez, su querida nuera Nevada Alda, sus preciosos nietos y bisnietos Victor "Vic" Alba Gomez, Nathan "Nate" Alba Gomez, Vinny Gomey y Matty Gomez.
