Dr. Emile Victor Khouri, age 82, died Thursday, October 2, 2014. He was born January 14, 1932, in Kingston, Jamaica. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date in Jamaica.
He is survived by his wife, Hella vonBostel Khouri; two sons, Markus Khouri and wife, Elina, and Christoph Khouri and wife, Anne; one daughter, Tanya Khouri; and four grandchildren.

I worked with Dr. Khouri at Pineview Hospital & the North Alabama Regional Hospital. He was a nice man and an excellent Doctor. My sympathies to his family.

I will always remember Dr. Khouri for the fine person he was. I worked with him at Pineview Hospital in the 70's. He performed surgery on my husband Wayne, after a shooting incident. I feel, had Dr. Khouri not been there to do the emergency surgery, Wayne would not have lived. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My prayers are with your family.
